Sam is the Seed Shop vendor. He sells rotating plantable seeds from Common to Legendary tiers. Check Sam first whenever you log in because seed stock changes quickly and early access to stronger crops can define your whole session.
Strategy
Use Sam to move from Carrot and Tomato into Bamboo, then into rare and mythic seeds once your Sheckles economy is stable.
